- Fixed Torch and Rotary Clamping Design: Utilizes a three-jaw self-centering electric chuck to clamp and rotate the workpiece, with a fixed welding torch configuration.
- Assembly Compatibility: Suitable for welding outer fillet seams and inner circumferential seams of head-to-flange joints.
- Welding Equipment Integration: Equipped with Hot-Wire Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG) equipment.
- Machine Construction: Features a split-type design with a compact, mature, and reliable structure.
- Multi-Axis Torch Adjustability: The combination of a welding manipulator arm and welding torch angle adjustment mechanism ensures multi-position and multi-angle torch conversion.
- Intuitive HMI Control: The control system utilizes a large touchscreen Human-Machine Interface (HMI), enabling convenient programming.
- WPS Process Memory: Welding procedure storage capacity is 30 sets; specific welding procedures (WPS) can be directly recalled by identification number according to workpiece specifications.
- Intelligent Arc Tracking & Weaving: Standard configuration includes a mechanical oscillation system (OSC) and an Arc Voltage Control system (AVC), guaranteeing supreme arc stability and highly aesthetic weld bead profiling.
- CNC Automated Wire Feeding: CNC automatic wire feeder equipped with automatic wire retraction and pulsed wire feeding functionalities, ensuring high wire feed precision.
- Forced Closed-Loop Cooling: Equipped with a forced circulation water-cooling system to ensure continuous, long-term, and reliable operation of the entire machine.
- Dual Operation Modes: One-touch operation autonomously completes the entire welding process; real-time manual intervention of welding parameters is also permitted according to requirements.
