Application and Material Compatibility
- Built for Pipe-to-Flange and Circumferential Welds: Purpose designed for pipe-to-flange inner and outer fillet welds as well as inner circumferential seams, covering the weld types most common in flange and piping fabrication, with clamping capacity from Φ400 to Φ1200 mm.
- Works Across Steel Types: Suitable for carbon steel, low-alloy steel, and stainless steel, so the same machine adapts to different material specs without needing separate equipment.
- Hot-Wire TIG for Higher Deposition: Equipped with Hot-Wire GTAW (TIG) welding technology, combining the clean weld quality of TIG with faster deposition rates than conventional cold-wire TIG.

- Instant Recall of Saved Procedures: Stores up to 30 welding procedures (WPS), each callable by ID number, easily switching between workpiece specs takes seconds, not reprogramming.
- Automatic or Hands-On, Your Choice: One-touch operation runs the full welding cycle automatically, while manual parameter intervention remains available in real time whenever an operator needs to step in.
- Remote Adjustment While Welding: A wireless handheld remote lets operators fine-tune parameters from anywhere near the workpiece, without walking back to the main control panel.

- Dual-Torch, Dual-Chuck Efficiency: Two torches and two chucks can run simultaneously or independently, effectively doubling throughput versus a single station setup, or allowing two different jobs to run at once.
