- Spindle power box + follower tailstock design, capable of repairing pipe molds of different lengths.
- Mixed gas shielded droplet spray transfer (DSTR) technology, featuring minimal spatter, excellent welding continuity, and high efficiency.
- Forced circulation water-cooling system ensures the long-term reliable operation of the whole machine.
- Equipped with water shortage detection and self-protection functions, effectively preventing damage to the welding torch.
- No need for idle rotation detection; real-time detection and real-time welding ensure high efficiency.
- Flexible station configuration; multi-station layouts can be customized according to customer production needs, supporting independent welding at each station or synchronous linkage operation.
- Four-jaw independent chuck, convenient and flexible, capable of repairing square pipe molds.
- Simultaneous welding at four stations provides an efficiency more than 8 times that of manual repair.
- One-button operation, requiring no manual intervention during the welding process.
